DTA-VHKA Interface
Our smart-me VHKA Import/Export feature enables data exchange via a standardized interface with property management tools. The property management company creates the request file in its property management software and automatically sends it to smart-me.
The consumption data and corresponding costs are recorded and then automatically sent back to the property management software. The updated file can then be used to generate and send utility bills and maintain accounting records with no additional effort.

No, the smart-me system offers a simple solution for this. Billing can be handled using either the simple smart-me Billing or delegated to the administration or to a service provider via smart-me autobill.
How can I switch to energy billing at smart-me ?
That depends on the building's specifications, but it's generally technically feasible. Our partners can advise you on this.
Why is digital energy billing with smart-me worth it?
Energy billing in buildings has evolved over time and is therefore still mostly analog, manual, and thus often lacking in transparency (meter readings).
